When it comes to performing surgery on our patients, we are dedicated to providing the safest, most effective treatment possible in an environment where you can feel comfortable and cared for. At ProSmile, your health, safety and happiness are our first priorities, and we will go to great lengths to ensure that your dental implant procedure goes accordingly. A dedicated surgical suite with our CT Scan machine makes this one of the most unique dental implant facilities in the State.
Choosing a dental office that focuses on patient comfort and relaxation can make all the difference when it comes to your overall experience. Situated adjacent to open space with sweeping views of the Northern Front Range, our comfortable, light-filled dental suites at ProSmile make it easy for patients to feel at ease. Your dental implant procedure will be the last thing on your mind as you enter the calming, welcoming atmosphere of our office. You will be greeted by caring and knowledgeable team members who are passionate about the work they do. Come your surgery, you will be well informed and prepared for the procedure.
Dr. Michael Freimuth is certified by DORA to deliver sedation to our patients. It is of the greatest importance to us that you continue to feel safe and comfortable during your surgery. Our anesthetic and sedation dentistry options give us a chance not only to eliminate discomfort, but to alleviate any lingering stress or anxiety. If it is determined during your dental implant consultation that oral conscious sedation is your best option, you will take one or two small pills approximately one hour before your appointment to reduce your awareness of the procedure. If you are undergoing sedation, we require that you have someone drive you to and from the office.
The surgical processes involved in placing your implants will be specific to your individual treatment, but the basic steps remain the same. It is always based on a CT Scan that is done in our office. With meticulous skill, Dr. Freimuth will ensure the stability of your implant and anchor it to your jawbone. In some cases, a temporary restoration will be fastened to your implant to maintain the aesthetics of your smile during osseointegration (the process during which your implant and jawbone fuse).
At ProSmile, we place high value on patient education and believe that being well informed will make you more comfortable during your procedure. If you have any questions of concerns about the dental implant procedure, we urge you to contact us to learn more. A member of our team is always ready and willing to help.
Your smile is one of your most expressive features, and at ProSmile, we believe that you deserve to have confidence in the way your teeth look.
